Most training sessions last at least one hour. Some programs may differ in length.

Christian summer youth sports camp.

This camp was created to reach out to kids in our community and give them a chance to learn and experience fun ways of developing their athletic skills. Sports in the Gainesville area are pretty exciting considering we live in the spotlight of the University of Florida athletics. Cross champions wants to be sure that kids who are not able to attend the high cost camps in our town are still able to receive a high quality camp for sports training by attending our low cost camp. Scholarships are available to those in need.

 

 

Personal Training for Individuals, Couples, Families, and Groups

Personal training is just that, personal. We will create innovative programs designed to your specific goals. Whether it is recreational running and cycling, flexibility training, or an intensive strength and conditioning program, I will help you reach your goals using a program designed especially for you.

There are many reasons why our clients use a personal trainer. For some, time is at a premium and having a trainer come to their home, or work, eliminates travel time.  Others want the instruction and information that a trainer provides to make sure they are getting the most out their workout time.  Many clients feel they push themselves a little harder with a trainer than they do working out alone

Couples, family, and group exercise sessions can also experience the HomeBody method of training.

Couples can experience working out together to encourage each other, and see each other sweat. Couples truly do enjoy each others company when exercising because they are able to see a side of their mate they may not have seen before. The fabulous wonder about it is that there are many things that can happen after a very intense workout, especially in the comfort of their own home.

In addition to couples working out, couples with kids can see their own children receive a really cool workout. Family workouts can include the whole family training simultaneously or at their own separate times. Workouts usually consist of athletic conditioning for kids or a combination of conditioning and core training as a family unit.

Groups can experience a choreographed workout program that will train their bodies to get in the best shape that it could be.
Athletes wanting to get them at the top of their game for an event can trust that a good program from HomeBody Fitness will get them prepared. Programs available extend from one time sessions to four sessions per week up to the their event.
