As the President of HomeBody Fitness I certainly believe that the customer’s goal is the top priority. Each customer should feel as though they have a lot to look forward to, and THEY DO! Not only can you get in shape with a certified trainer, you can do it in the comfort of your very own home. Going to the gym is not the only way to get in shape anymore. There are many functional ways to get in shape at home with all of the tools I have to offer to you. There is no need to buy equipment; I’ll bring all of my equipment to you. Oh, don’t forget you don’t have to worry about finding a place to park, like you would at the gym.
Choosing a certified personal trainer to get you in shape is a very important step. It is important to choose a professionally certified personal trainer to ensure quality service and ensure maximum results from your workouts. As your trainer, I can help you set realistic and attainable personal goals. The fitness program and training schedule I’ll create will suit you and your personal needs. The workout program should include cardiovascular training and resistance training, and be complemented by healthy nutrition and rest. In return for your commitment, I will dedicate my knowledge, support and encouragement to your journey. I will provide motivation, education, and coaching to boost your results. My job is to help you better understand your body and to teach you proper technique for top performance so that you achieve better results – in less time.
Your personalized workouts will always begin with a thorough warm-up and stretch; and include a balance of aerobic, and resistance exercises utilizing free weights, resistance bands, medicine balls, etc. Athlete clients can expect a thorough warm-up and stretch with aerobic, anaerobic, and resistance exercises utilizing free weight and sports conditioning equipment.
